Hot Cheese Bean Dip

(Ready in about 2 hours 20 minutes | Servings 12)

Ingredients

• 1 pound processed cheese food, cubed

• 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained

• 2 medium-sized cooked chicken breast, shredded

• 1/3 cup sour cream

• 1/4 cup scallions, chopped

• 1 large-sized poblano pepper, minced

• A pinch of black pepper (optional)

• 1 cup canned beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

1. Place all of the ingredients, except beans, into a crock pot.

2. Cook about 2 hours on high, stirring occasionally.

3. Stir in the drained beans and cook 20 more minutes. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
